Professionally a Chartered Accountant with more than 27 years of experience, CA Sunil Shah has successfully empowered small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and Corporates to grow, scale, and thrive. His experience across diversified sectors and domains enables transformation of enterprises beyond the finance function — from a truly strategic perspective.

He founded M/s. Sunil Sandeep & Co, Ahmedabad, more than 25 years ago, specializing in IPO Advisory, Debt Fund Raising, Private Equity, M&A deal-making, and CFO Services. He has served on the boards and advisory boards of multiple businesses across sectors including Pharmaceuticals, Food, Composites, Chemicals, Engineering, Diagnostics, IT, Metals and more.

He has co-authored the first ever e-book on Virtual CFO published by ICAI-WIRC and has been a guest speaker at various forums including Dun & Bradstreet on SMEs. CEO Insights India Magazine acknowledged him as one of the "Top 10 Virtual CFOs" in their April 2021 edition.

Mrs. Hetal Kotecha is a distinguished finance professional with a strong academic foundation and a diverse professional journey. She holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), reflecting her early inclination toward academics and knowledge sharing.

Before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, she established herself as a successful coaching professional. Driven by her passion for finance and consulting, she completed her CA internship at the firm where she now serves as Partner, gaining extensive exposure to consulting and finance assignments. Her ownership mindset, proactive approach, and ability to take responsibility for outcomes played a significant role in her professional growth.

Today, she leads the Consulting Division, focusing on Virtual CFO and Transaction Advisory services. With effective leadership skills, she manages critical assignments efficiently while guiding and motivating a team of professionals toward achieving excellence and sustainable growth.

25+ Years in Banking, Fund Raising & Structured Finance

Mr. Rajesh Maheshwari heads the Debt Syndication practice, bringing over 25 years of experience in banking, fund raising, project financing, and structuring finance solutions for corporates. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant, having cleared all levels of the CA examination in his first attempt.

Over his banking career, Rajesh has held senior positions with leading institutions including HDFC Bank, DCB Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), ICICI Bank, and SIDBI. This exposure across large private sector banks, an international bank, and a development financial institution has equipped him with deep insight into diverse credit appraisal frameworks and risk policies.

In his current role, he is responsible for end-to-end debt syndication — advising on optimal capital structures, structuring financing solutions aligned with business cash flows, leading the syndication process, and coordinating documentation through to closure. His long-standing relationships across banks and financial institutions bring speed and certainty to every fundraising assignment.
