Mr. Sunil Shah, the founder partner of the firm has more than 20 years of diverse experience in Audit, Management Consulting, Virtual CFO, Transaction Advisory and Fund raising; having completed his Chartered Accountancy in first attempt with all India merit in Intermediate. He has taken courageous step of practicing niche and value added services as against routine compliance services. This thought process has channelled into the team and spirit of the firm in developing new value added practices

He has been serving on the board / advisory board of companies in various Industry. He has been instrumental in developing professional and organisation strength over two decades and supported in building all key areas of practice.

Ms. Hetal Kotecha a post graduate in commerce, B.Ed and an established coaching professional before pursuing and being a qualified Chartered Accountant. She has been a meritorious student throughout her career, a committed professional with rich experience in consulting and finance. She did her internship at the firm and decided to pursue her career with the firm. Her ownership approach led her to become Partner with the firm.

She leads the consulting division (Virtual CFO / Transaction advisory) of the firm requiring high credibility and ownership mind-set for continuous value addition. She possesses leadership skills, with an ability to manage critical task effectively, along with leading a team of professionals.
